Where is my order?

Orders are shipped in 1-2 business days. Once a shipping label is created, the tracking number will be emailed. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be updated by USPS.

 

 I really want this item but it's sold out, what should I do?

We try to restock our items to the best of our ability. If an item is showing temporarily out of stock please sign up to be notified of the restock. Once that item has been restocked you will be notified via email.

 

My item order is damaged/incorrect, what should I do?

Whoops!! No worries we can fix that no problem. Please contact us with your order number and the issue and we will fix the issue ASAP! 

 

How do I return an item?
